Terms of Service

By accessing or using Incrementics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Incrementics is a growth intelligence platform that helps product teams track key metrics, benchmark performance, and generate AI-powered insights using the proprietary PULSE Model.

You must register for an account with accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period (see Refund Policy).

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse engineering, scraping, transmitting malicious code, infringing third-party rights, or using the platform for unlawful activity.

The PULSE Model, Incrementics branding, methodology, diagnostic frameworks, prompts, and all related materials are proprietary to Incrementics. No license is granted except as needed to use the Service.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of metrics and content you submit.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Insights are generated using AI and are advisory only — they are not guarantees of business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incrementics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
